INTENSE

In Intense, Angel moves from New York to live with her estranged father, Tucker, in Asheville, North Carolina where he works as a baseball coach at the local high school. There she falls in love with one of his players—a virtuous boy who is an avowed ascetic andblames himself for his father's tragic death. Ian is determined to make it to the "Big Leagues" to help with his hearing-impaired sister's medical bills and widowed mom's debt. As Angel and Ian’s romance grows, so does her relationship with Tucker, and the tension with his childhood nemesis Wes, who seems to have an unhealthy interest in Angel.

Will their love story be enough to overcome the tragedies of the past and finally lay some demons to rest? Will Angel better understand her parents’ rocky relationship as a result of her romance with Ian? And just how far will Wes go to torment them?
